ethkey-lite — browser verification

Newer: receipt.html verifies a full signed release receipt (payload integrity + signer recovery). This page is a historical demo of raw message/signature cross-checks.

Cross-check that signatures produced by ethkey.py (pure-Python EIP-191 personal_sign) verify identically under ethers.js v6 in the browser. Reference key 0x46…46 is the well-known public EIP test key — not a real wallet.
